“J'ai séjourné dans ce logement durant 2 nuits autant la communication avec la propriétaire était très bien ainsi que la personne du ménage, autant le logement n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Anne est au courant et je suis certain que le nécéssaire sera fait... en attendant, la prestation actuelle n'est pas là.”

“Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un bon we en famille avec des petits (1 an et 3 ans). Nous avons eu à disposition une chaise haute, un lit bébé, des bouées et brassards pour la piscine, des jeux. Terrasse, BBQ, trampoline, piscine à 24C et jacuzzi à 37C ont ravi tout le monde.”

“Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen & geniessen. Die Aussicht auf beide Seiten des Häuses ist ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist top und wertig ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.”

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better.
1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help.
2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules.
3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge.
4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "

"Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel.
Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. "
