“The best part for us was the quiet, privacy, and view that allowed us to relax. The cute cabin was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The two porches had an amazing view. The walk down to the lake on the well-constructed stairs and landings to the dock was a hidden gem. We even caught some fish and would like to return again.”

“We had an excellent time Bear Cub as a family of 4. I was so impressed with how CLEAN it was and I am so picky about that. It smelled truly clean and not a speck of dirt or dust. The grounds are maintained so it was easy to access and walk the dog. We had a blast on the lake and love the area. It is very rural so be prepared! The kids loved playing in the loft but did end up sleeping in the primary (room with a door that shut) and mom and dad got relegated to the smaller bed but still everyone...

“Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games. There are bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is nice when you have a group. There was plenty of seating on the porches and the views from every side were just stunning. We could see...

“What’s great place to stay! We had so much privacy and direct access to the river. The place was very clean, the grounds were also very clean well maintained with so much to do. We were just a short drive to downtown Johnson City and the surrounding areas. We had such a great time fishing and hanging out by the river here, we hope we get to go back!”
