“For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. We loved staying in historic Frederick and the property was unique, very clean and well laid out. I should have realized was that 'penthouse' in a historic home would mean steps. “We had reserved a nice condo in Tyson’s Corners. Unfortunately, the people who rented it before us (and moved out the day before we were to arrive) had done significant damage. Anisha, the property manager, explained the situation, provided a most satisfactory substitution and a generous refund which we received the next business day. She is a charming and efficient host and we look forward to renting from her again.”
