"酒店地处鲍登大学和maine街的交接处，所以无论是去大学还是游玩都方便极了；酒店布置有特色，室内室外都舒适至极；酒店员工热情健谈，特别是早餐，虽然不是免费的，但非常值得品尝，太美味且量足，特别是pancake，我们住了两晚，两次早餐点了三次，非常好吃。以后会再选择这里。"

"Nice location on the water. Very peaceful. Host was very responsive when we could not get the wifi to connect. Apparently, it may have been an issue with the wifi provider. Eventually we could connect but the reception in the lower level was spotty. We also had some issues with getting our chargers ..."

"The house is in a quiet area right in the water. It is not the last house on a dead end street. The outside needs repair. The couch is uncomfortable. The upper window facing the water needs a shade."
