Shower extremely small and shower head too low for anyone over 6’ tall.
Also, the quality of the mattress seemed to be very poor. You could literally feel the springs when you laid down. And the pillows offered almost no support at all. Also, not sure if it was just our room, or this is a occurrence throughout the hotel, but the HVAC system was very loud and something directly inside the vent was rattling so much that we had to shut the system off so that we could fall asleep. The one staff member that we met at the front desk was phenomenal, but that was the only positive I can honestly point out. Without having confirmation of substantial changes or upgrades, we will not be returning for a stay in the future.
