“We booked Siabod Huts as a suitable base from which to visit three of Zip World's sites (10-35 mins away), but had we realised just how special Menna, her family and the location are, we would have planned a holiday there regardless! Sure, we were truly blessed with the most stunning Spring weather, experiencing what several locals described as "this year's Summer", but as Londoners who get excited when the smog is clear enough to see The Shard, we were simply side-swiped by Snowdonia's sheer……

Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. “We had a lovely stay at Mikey’s 3-bed apartment in Rhyl. The place was clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing break. The balcony was a great bonus for enjoying morning coffee or the evening breeze. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. Check-in was easy, and everything was exactly as described. Location-wise, it’s close to the beach and local shops, which was really convenient. Would definitely recommend this place to families or small groups looking for a……

“The property was a nice size and cute rustic build.We couldn't get warm however they heater provided wasn't very good luckily we had throws with us as there wasn't any provided for extra warmth. The smart TV was useless as it wasn't connected to the internet and despite accessing settings to input password it still didn't work and we had no ariel for even basic channels.The outside bathroom was freezing and had no sufficient light, to use shower.There was a smell in cabin and a layer of dust……

“The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged £7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up. There were no instructions for anything in the cabin. The beds are very small doubles. Strangely there was no kettle in the lodge. It needs a lot of TLC. One positive is the setting is stunning. It's well overpriced for what you get. ”

“A lovely cabin in a absolutely stunning location, with access to many nature reserves and beautiful places in the area around the cabin. The cabin itself is a lovely, small cabin in a great location. No issues with the location or the cabin whatsoever and I would definitely recommend it to others, especially for one-two people. Overall I can not fault my stay here and I would definitely come here again in the future.”

“Amazing stay for me and my partner, 3 days away, beautiful scenery, lovely owners, cannot fault any of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone. Only 1 hour to snowdon Llanberis path, which we did, so ideal for that too. ”

“Family holiday used to explore North Wales.Communication was great prior to arrival - phone call day before and text received on the day to confirm accommodation was ready.Directions to site were spot on taking us straight to our Cabana. Everything was clean and as expected. Site was great with nature trails to explore.Would love to go back.”

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
