“Gran servicio por parte del personal, habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Quizá una almohada un poco más dura sería lo propio para que se llevase sus 5 estrellas. Está en medio de la autovía y a veces toca rodeae un poco para llegar, pero tiene al lado una gasolinera y se pude tomar una salida por la autovía para llegar directo al alojamiento.”

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available.
I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked.
And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in.
I’m very thankful for those who help us in need.
