The hotel is well located on the shopping center. Close to metro north. Tye staff is great and knowledgeable about most stuff. The property is lacking behind with maintenance and care. Mold on the shower seems and bathroom floors with some water damage in the ceiling.

Excellent location. Don't be out of by the tiny entrance. All you need 'behind the doors', lovely staff, clean rooms, breakfast and relaxing patio. Definitely recommend as it's in the hub of the city and walkable to most places, with Xativa Metro around the corner. Perfect for a long weekend break.

This hotel was extremely inconsistent. Front desk staff was detached and cold, and provided the least assistance we experienced over 5 weeks in Spain. The food hours were posted in the elevators only for us to find they didn’t match what was posted. Our room was well put together but had a main door with far too much open space between its bottom and the floor allowing too much light and noise into our room. And one day, housekeeping didn’t replace consumables we had used in our room. On the other hand, when my wife needed to eat when the kitchen was closed in late afternoon, the bar staff was incredibly helpful and facilitated a small meal very quickly that allowed her to take urgently needed medication. This individual, Isabell also provided ice when my wife needed to treat severe swelling and arthritis pain in her foot and ankle. This prompt assistance enabled my wife to continue with our planned activities as we finished the last few days of our visit to Spain and returned home as booked. This hotel is located right in the middle of the busiest part of València. While very convenient, it was actually too close to the crowds and we would have been happier a block or two away from it’s location.

The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The room amenities were wonderful: plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, etc. Our only incident was some man opened our door and started coming in at 00:30 our first night and then our key card didn’t work after we went for breakfast. We told the receptionist about this and she issued us totally new cards and apologized but I feel we should have a bit more compensation than that. It was a very frightening incident and we did tell the desk clerk that it made us feel very unsafe!! The breakfast is worth the $15 Euro cost. It was excellent!!

Our whole experience staying at this hotel was great, the reception staff, cleaners and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. My husband and son ran the valència marathon, the staff were very helpful with directions, food places,etc and once we arrived back from the marathon, they got a really lovely welcome
