“This is a hidden gem amongst the crowd of choices in Manuel Antonio. You will see more wildlife here than walking though the park. (Still go to the park!)
The entire staff is are incredible example of Costa Rican hospitality. Treat this as your home.
You will read in other reviews about a loud street. If you have ever done any traveling abroad, the noise is nothing that will keep you up. ”

“Very nice little hotel, great for stays where you will spend most of the time outside. We had some slightly noisy neighbors one night but not sure if it was other guests or just noisy neighbors from around the hotel’s vicinity. ”

“Stayed in the Townhouse suite and it was absolutely amazing! So comfy and beautiful and they restocked snacks and water for me daily. The food at the resort was so good and I felt very taken care of and safe here. They even decorated the place for my husbands birthday! 10/10 service. The butlers went above and beyond.”

“Good location- we could walk up the road to lots of nice restaurants and down the road to the beach. (Both ways were quite steep though). The staff were all so friendly and the room (iguana) was very comfortable with everything we needed. As others have said it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the monkeys come through- unfortunately no sloths for us. The only thing that went wrong was that our breakfast in a box didn’t arrive (so double check if you order one) but they sorted it al out……

“Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. ”

“We had a lovely time at this house! The ac was great and the bed was super comfortable. It's Costa Rica so it was hot and humid but we spent a lot of time on the porch; the little fan there was perfect. I appreciated the coffee but my tea drinking family would have loved a stovetop or electric kettle. All in all we would stay there again in a heartbeat!”
