We don’t rate hotels very frequently, but we felt we must because Riad No 5 is an outstanding property with extremely helpful staff. It was our first visit to Marrakech, and Imad and team made us feel very welcome. It is conveniently located within the Medina, not too far from Jmaa El Fna and all the other main sights. The property is air conditioned, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated throughout, with really thoughtful touches everywhere (artwork, tiling, furniture). The breakfast is incredible! And finally, the rooftop pool is a beautiful bonus helping tourists like us escape from the midday heat.

We had the most wonderful weekend at Riad No 5. The Riad and staff are nothing short of amazing. The location is so central. Everything within a 20 minute walk. The Hammam and massage is a must. Already looking forward to our next visit.

The Riad is gorgeous. Truly high-end authentic experience staying in Marrakech. Rooms were spotless, bathrooms upgraded and awesome shower. The hammam was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend. The staff, including Miriam and Jawad (spelling?) went above and beyond. Breakfast was great, too. Best hotel stay we’ve had internationally

Outstanding
We stayed here with our two children aged 10 & 15. All the staff were amazing and they couldn’t do enough for us. They made sure we had all that we needed throughout the day when we stayed around for the day using the pool. Breakfast was great with lots of it. They were absolutely amazing. I would 100% stay here again and be recommending the Riad to friends.

The staff and the property could not have been better. Even before our trip, Maryam texted to welcome us and help us with transfers from the airport. During our stay, I and my two sons really appreciated the warmth and friendliness of all staff. We were able to organise taxis, get some great restaurant recommendations and arrange a tour up to the mountains. Breakfast every day was great, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, your choice of eggs and pancakes or something similar. The pool is beautiful and the beds are SUPER comfortable.
By the way, we highly recommend Hicham, one of the drivers!

The Riad No5 was an excellent place to stay, perfectly located for seeing the historic centre of Marrakech. The places, tombs and souks were all within easy walking range, and good restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and well apppointed, and peaceful despite the busy city outside. The pool on the roof was lovely and a good size for relaxing in.
The staff at Riad No5 were wonderful, ensuring all was well and offering help and advice when needed.
I would highly recommmend the hotel as a great place to stay

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Riad No5 in Marrakesch!
Das Riad ist sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und lecker, allerdings nicht abwechslungsreich.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das super liebe und zuvorkommende Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Auch die Organisation unserer Ausflüge hat perfekt funktioniert, alles war bestens geplant und stressfrei.
Leider war der Pool nicht sauber, er könnte etwas Pflege vertragen.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Riad No5 weiterempfehlen!

We stayed at this Riad from March 31-Apr 5, 2025 and were so happy we stayed there. Not only was it a modern and beautiful Riad, the staff were so amazing. Salima, Tarik and Jaouad were so helpful and friendly. Salima helped us with anything we needed (from helping us at the pharmacy with something we needed, to planning wonderful rooftop time and dinners at the Riad).
We have 2 kids (10 and 8 years old) who were so comfortable being at the Riad. Highly recommend anyone going to Marrakech to stay at Riad N5!! Super close to the medina but once you are in, its an escape into heaven. My husband and i also did a Hammam and couple massage which was blissful. The beauty and cleanliness of Riad N5 is great and would for sure stay here again!
