"The room 327 was freezing because the heating system broke down. The hotel was unable to fix it despite a couple of attempts. Its technican suggested that we change the room the day after. It was 9 degrees Celcius on Nov 21 night. My wife and I suffered the freezing night. On Nov 22 morning, I talked to the hotel again that their heating system was not fixed and we must therefore change a room. The hotel replied that it was fully booked but they had some upgrade room and offered that we paid the difference. We refused, believing that it was the hotel's duty to provide rooms with suitable temperature to its guests. After a couple of hours, the heating system worked again. Also, the safe in room did not work and was never fixed. The hair dryer did not work but was later fixed. Believe or not, the mirror on wooden wall was fixed by adhesive tape. It was very difficult to open or close the door because the door frame was not straight enough. Overall, the hotel is very old. There is a good thing though. Its staff was very helpful and smiled all the time. "
