"Room AC was not that good "

"The room was pretty clean but the towels and beddings have stains and need replacing or to be washed better. The bar had 3 basic alcoholic cocktails which were nice but becomes a bit boring after a while. The staff at reception were helpful however I believe that they’re in cahoots with the taxi companies to rip you off! I advise finding a taxi man that you like that offers good prices and stick to them or use inDrive. From the hotel to the medina we were charged 150-200 which is extortionate as inDrive would have taken you for 50 dirhams. All in all, it is a decent hotel if you are on a budget. It gets the job done especially if you’re a group of 3 and don’t want to book 2 separate rooms."

"Gym was miles away in a very run down area"

"L’emplacement est superbe, le personnel est souriant et toujours prêt à nous aider. Quant à la nourriture, elle est variée et délicieuse. La piscine réservé aux adultes est une très bonne idée. Nous rêvons d’y retourner. ."

"Staff were amazing, especially cleaners/ front desk. Clean room. The only thing that needs improvement is the kitchen, food wasn’t great and limited menu "

"Lovely few days stay here, great hotel with amazing Animation (activity) and catering teams who worked tirelessly. Cleaners did great job of the rooms with extra decorations and photography team were brilliant - special call out to Mohamed!!! What a great hotel."

"1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget."

"No animation. No evening shows. Pools not heated in April. Nothing to do really. All inclusive package isn’t really all inclusive (as you have to pay for most drinks and food). Pretty simple food (tagine for lunch and dinner). "
