“We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But……

“very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. ”

“Before coming here we were in a Riad in the Medina. The internet convinced me that was an authentic way to see Morroco. The Riad was full of cockroaches, one crawling on my daughter while she slept. We left the Riad. This hotel is a dream come true. Comfy bed, mini fridge, a tv, and cold air. The bed is great and the bathroom modern. The unlimited cappuccino machine and free cd juice was a nice touch.”

“Loved this hotel. Rooms were great, staff were friendly and helpful, food was lovely and plenty of Moroccan food which was gorgeous. Entertainment was very enjoyable in the evenings too. Pool area was great, so peaceful and would always find a sunbed in the gardens if not poolside. Loved the pool day beds you can hire also. Great location, just a short walk to the square and Medina. Definitely will recommend and book again !”

“Habitación limpia, piscina genial, le faltan unas pocas hamacas más, pero por lo demás era genial el ambiente. El personal muy amable. Los precios de la terraza eran caros, botella de agua 50dh Caja fuerte al día 25dh Al baño le vendría bien una mampara para que el agua no se fuese por todas partes. Wifi bien. Aire acondicionado muy bien. Volveremos”

“附近的plaza吃的东西很多，逛的地方也很多，这家酒店包早餐但是应该会在八点之后才有得吃，我们七点多起来早餐服务还没有开始，来不及尝试这家酒店的早餐，有点遗憾。其他体验都还挺满意。”

“We had a great stay! We had four people, and everyone had their own room, bathroom and queen bed. It was quiet, away from all the noise of mopeds and late night stalls, and you couldn’t hear the prayers. Location was great, close to the square, many restaurants, and the souks! Abdul was very helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Breakfast was delicious and on time every morning- Hyat was so nice and accommodating. The rooftop was very nice, as was the plunge pool inside. All the tile……
