“I think it's bad that you enter at 4 and leave too early the space looks big and when you arrive it's small there are no food options and the bad restaurant is very bad”

“The unit is updated and in good condition. Loved the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The location and view are fantastic. Owner supplied beach umbrella and chairs can be used a little further down the beach as the area directly in front of the building is rental umbrellas only. In unit laundry and kitchen were perfect. Just what we needed for a lovely vacation.”

“The condo was as described. The bed was a little hard and creaked with every move, but we got used to it after the 1st night. Beautiful views and great location. The condo was great! We are a family of 3 and felt this condo was the perfect amount of space for us. Barbara was quick to respond and allowed us to check in early. Great water pressure and hot water. Security on the property made sure everyone had their bands. Overall, we would definitely stay again!”

“We loved Maravilla especially because of it's location! The beach was just across the street from our unit and so convenient. It was out a bit from busy Destin but close enough to enjoy all that Destin has to offer. We loved the private beach and use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Our unit was super clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic time! We loved that we were able to bring our furry friend and will definitely return for a visit soon!”

“Our stay was great. We had a perfect view from our balcony of the beautiful water. From sunrise to sunset. The rooms were nice and spacious, clean, and everything was close by and convenient. We will definitely be back.”

“The property was clean, nice, roomy and located RIGHT on the beach. We didn't get a chance to try all the amenities but the pool and hottub were great, the beach was clean and the shops in the condo looked nice. Parking is super closed, covered and easy to get to.”

“This place was amazing. Perfect for family with kids or a quiet getaway. Having a private beach was amazing and twice we saw dolphins from the balcony! I do think having a rental car was nice, there was plenty of parking at the condo and everything was a short drive away. I think for a shorter trip you could get away with no car, there’s a few restaurants with in walking distance or short Uber ride. Overall great rental, easy check in and easy check out. Highly recommend.”

“This was our first time coming to Destin and this place was nothing short of amazing! The location is great, the staff was wonderful and the host even checked in with us during our stay! We got home today and are already talking about coming back!”

“Stay was immaculate…The room views were incredible!! Constriction was not a problem. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Definitely will book this exact spot again. The resort is in the middle of everything, drives were less than 10 min either way. We enjoyed ourselves!”

“The unit was quiet. The pools were warm and we enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony. The pull out sofa mattress was terrible and the sofa looked dirty. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.”

“The location was were accurate and the view from my room and living room was gorgeous. The condo was a little dusty and the pillows from the couches could use replacing or a good wash. The furniture could use some cleaning at least, I only notice this small inconvenience because I suffer from allergies as well as my daughter. The bed spread was also a little dusty and I had to wash them other than that I would consider renting again. I would mention to the owner my allergies in the future for...

“The views of the gulf cannot be beat from this unit. Easy check in. There are books and games and brochures of local things to check out. Kitchen well equipped. I would update some of the towels and linens/bedding just to be a little more modern and plush but nothing wrong with what’s there. Just a recommendation. AC worked great, loved the beach chairs available. Balcony furniture was great to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine while looking over the emerald water. Would definitely stay...
