To be very Frank in this review I am gonna put the Pros & Cons of this place.
Pros: The view from the balcony of our room 12 along with 10-13 where the balcony is common is just too beautiful, blue sea & the Marina below are amazing sights from the balcony from 10-13 and also from 8-9; the rooms are decently priced and the staff is helpful when there
Cons: If you have a lot of luggage you are in a big problem if you don't have a taxi. So though the place says Massa Lubrense, it actually is at Marina Lobra, the Sita bus has limited time table to Massa Lubrense and from there are very very limited buses to Marina Lobra though the hotel has a stop outside the hotel. So consider that you will have to trek 15 mins min every time you got to reach the M.L centre from there Sorrento is gonna take 20 mins by bus again but because of uncertainty in given t.t you spend more than an 1.5 hrs to reach Sorrento. Next this place has very limited facilities, means we asked for an Electric Iron or a nail cutter which we did not get at the reception. The reception is also available from 7.30 in the morning till 8 in the evening, so after 8 there is not a single person in the property who will be there. The breakfast every day is the same - croissant, cereals fruits curd & some toast with coffee and also curd.. but that was the same for all 5 days here. The SITA tickets are also only available at the next hotel and not a single board or a person actually directs you to San Francesco Relai
