“The amount of space was perfect for our blended big family 4th of July beach vacation! The check in process was a breeze, the location was perfect with fishing and crabbing right off of the back yard dock. The children really had a great time with many firsts, like fishing/crabbing and beach time just a short drive away. Perfect space for the adults to have fun playing games as well. Thank you again for the many memories made! ”

“It's definitely showing some wear and tear, but the whole property, and our room were both exceptionally clean, and the A/C worked great, kept the room cool and dry - I loved that there was no carpet in the room. Breakfast was more extensvie than expected for the price, although the reconstituted eggs didn't do it for us, they had sausage, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal and fruit, a nice surprise at this price point. It's an excellent value in Bay City, esp for an overnight with two dogs”

“To my surprise, the room was very spacious, including the bathroom! Staff responded to our requests in a timely matter as well. Definitely worth what I paid for the room. Also loved that they had more tv channels to watch than most motels/hotels. ”
