“Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood. Saw a pod of humpback whales while enjoying morning coffee, twice!! Beautiful sunsets. Youth baseball diamond nearby is often busy, bringing family friendly energy (and some traffic). Hot tub was……

“I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. From sunrise over the mountains of Rincón to sunset to the west next……
