“I got the impression that this property is corporate owned. It lacked the personal touch. Having to send pictures of myself and my license before I was accepted I found a bit over the top. ”

“Had a great stay. The place was clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable for me and the rest of the family said the same. The twin bed was a futon but slept well. Neighborhood was nice. Sirens all night but we are from Montana in the country and just not use to that. We did have a great stay. ”

“This was the best little house that we have ever stayed in. We just love the character in this home. It was a nice distance from downtown but not too far out Ubers only cost us between 13 and 18. To Go we was very well pleased and we will be coming back.”

The soundproofing could be improved, as traffic noise and the AC unit sometimes disturbed our sleep. Check-in was a bit challenging since we arrived later than planned and had to wait about 20 minutes for a response by email, but once resolved, everything went smoothly. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement. ”

“Stayed here for our annual sibling's weekend. My sister was able to have her own bathroom, and we each had comfortable bedrooms. Having a full kitchen was marvelous. Ryan was very responsive, even though we had no issues with the property. Not too many dining options in the immediate area, but all the best of Chicago is a quick Uber or CTA ride (or longer walk) away. We are definitely planning on returning next year! ”
