“From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. There was no assistance available for check-in. I had to wait outside and call the hotel multiple times. When someone finally answered, they were unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly without explanation or courtesy. Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strange and unpleasant odor. Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”
