“Room was clean and comforable”

“Super nice little cabin. Nice and clean. Owners very responsive to questions. If you are traveling in the Texas Panhandle and need to overnight somewhere; these are great. ”

Because of this experience, we will not be booking future stays at your property. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as no guest should encounter conditions like these. ”

“The room was extremely dirty. The air conditioner was icing up and dripping water onto the floor. The towels were also very dirty. The carpet was dirty as well. Even there was garbage in the corner of the floor and the wall. The girl at the front desk had a very nice attitude.”

“Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The lobby, hallways, and elevator all had sticky floors and felt dark, dirty, and poorly maintained. The first room we were given had dirty sheets, a rusted and broken tub/shower, and the entire room smelled sour, like something had been spilled and never properly cleaned. When we asked to change rooms, the second room was just as bad — it had black mold on the curtains. At that point we decided we could not stay there. We left as quickly as possible. This property is clearly……

“My room was DISGUSTING when I checked in, it clearly had not been cleaned and the front desk was aware of it because they weren’t surprised AT ALL when I called to tell them and see if I could get a different room-which I couldn’t because they had no other rooms. Hair on the comforter, sheets AND pillows. Several pillow cases were dirty and didn’t smell clean. The bathroom floor had hair all over it also. Food crumbs under the bed. What I’m assuming is poop left on the toilet seat. Dirt and mold……
