“Staff gave a courtesy call before we arrived, very appreciative for that! Room was clean, AC blew cold.”

“Room 14 at the end of the row. Didn't meet any staff. You let yourself in using a key pad and your phone number. Great to be able to park outside your door at this modern nearly renovated motel. Room was clean with comfy bed, great size bathroom and amazing ac. Didn' t find any ice for our complimentary water. If we stay again or for more than the one-night we would choose a room with a fridge. Great that we could just walk over to the restaurant for dinner. High recommend this place.”

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“We had no bath towels. No sheets on bed. Crumby front desk when I asked for for glasses and where to have a meal. And advised us to have breakfast somewhere else. I walked a few blocks to find a pop machine. Just to say the other Super 8’s were fine. There was a drawer full of old bottles and the place was unclean. But it was late and as seniors who were on the road all day, I asked for some sheets that I put on the bed and slept the night.”

“This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First the pictures on website are deceiving. This hotel is very out dated and desperate need of repairs. Place felt dirty and not clean. First night we asked the front desk for extra towels and the attendant said they didn’t have any. Asked again the second night and was given one that she said she found. First night the fire alarm went off at 2AM. When about to evacuate the premises, the alarm stopped but was never given an explanation……

“Traveling with family. We Booked this location for the indoor pool. It was closed due to supposed incident with a customer. Then we went to take a shower after a long drive. Also no hot water. I know it’s summer but the water was way too cold to get in! Night staff was great at communicating and even coming to the door. Tried to find another accommodation, being it Father’s Day weekend nothing was available for a family. I waited all week for a call from management. Nothing. This place is……

“Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates.”

“I didn’t stay in the motel. I got it there the night off and I said I couldn’t check in until 3 PM. I was there to pick up my son from the Air Force so I had to sleep in my car. I think I own an apology on this app for letting me book and not be able to sleep. I needed somewhere to sleep at night not to sleep in my car, this is just ridiculous taking my hard earn money I would like a refund”

“Way too ran down. I feel like it was price gauging for the data centers being built. Room was open before I got to use my key to open it. The bathroom door was had both inside and outside door panels drilled together instead of replaced. Mold growing on top of shower, no working vent in the shower.”
