There's a mandatory damage deposit from the hotel. After checkout, they will return it to you. This is to compensate for any damage inside the perimeters of the establishment, not the apartment.

PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, between the 20 and 30th of each month we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units. This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that's why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
