The Hotel was great, but they charged for everything.. Breakfast buffet $450 pesos.. Gym $150 pesos You couldn't have your own drinks at the pool...Beer 12oz was $200 pesos.. Also it says we can drink on beach, but no they kicked us out because we were at their property... Clean hotel, but ridiculous..

I had a very disappointing experience at Seadust Resort All Inclusive in Cancun. The resort was completely boring and lacked entertainment for the entire family. The few activities they advertised, like karaoke, were never actually held, even on the nights they announced them. The hotel’s appearance is run-down, with broken and unrepaired lamps and other damages throughout the property. The food at the specialty restaurants was terrible—dry, tasteless, and unappetizing. There was almost never a towel available when needed at the pool area. The staff at the restaurants seemed disinterested and unhelpful, working like zombies with no desire to assist guests or improve the experience. This resort feels like they are only interested in making money, not the satisfaction of their guest. Overall, I would not recommend this resort if you're looking for a lively, well-maintained, and enjoyable family vacation. It fell far below my expectations.
