"What a great place to stay! The location is beautiful. We were there for the K3D and after traipsing around all day for three days, we thoroughly enjoyed coming "home" to our beautiful and tastefully renovated "train station." It was comfortable, relaxing, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owner and his wife live nearby and were clearly available if we needed anything. His wife added special touches that made us feel very welcome. It's a great place to stay!"

"We loved this VRBO. It was out in the country on 22 acres of beautiful land. It very nicely appointed, and we loved sitting out on the front porch at night. It was so incredibly quiet. Although the many miles of winding roads were a bit of a challenge at times, the drive was beautiful. Because it was so incredibly dark at night, we got the extraordinary opportunity to see the Northern Lights on the extremely rare occasion that they are visible that far south. What treat!"

"We traveled from 3 different states to attend our daughter's doctorate degree graduation from the University of KY. The house and the property were incredible! The house was spacious and comfortable- the sunroom was our go-to place for coffee every morning, as we watched the mares and foals in the pastures. The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The property owner was very responsive. Everything was just perfect!"

"We were in Lexington for the K3Day. The host suggested we also visit Keeneland and arranged for us to get clubhouse tickets. It was amazing! Love the house and its location (great pizza near by!)"

"My wife and I were taking each of our moms (70+) to Churchill Downs for Derby Week (Thurby) and we wanted a place where we could all stay together and yet have our own sleeping arrangements. This house was on point. We were able to relax in the living room, or in the kitchen/dining area when we wanted, but when it was time to get ready for the day or retire for the night, we could all retreat to our own rooms. "I loved the house but there were so many things wrong , it was hard to enjoy it. The cabin, porch,and grill were VERY dirty. Inside the floors were not mopped There were only seven forks( for up to 15 people.) I knew we would see a few bugs but i didn't count on multiple mice (which we saw every night) there were droppings and traps everywhere, so keep nothing on the counters! We never saw the dock it was to overgrown"

"Spent a long weekend with a group of guys. Between the outside pond, pool, hot tub and fire pit there wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the fun and games in the basement arcade area. It was also a perfect spot for launching off to the bourbon trail, keeneland racetrack and even clay shooting. Everything was clean and updated and there is plenty of room. Not a negative thing to say about the property or the owner Aaron who responded quickly to any questions"

"The property was perfect for the 6 of us guys to get away for a bourbon touring weekend. The house was located conveniently for a quick drive to a number of distilleries. It was a super comfy place to hang out in the evening after touring. The owner was super accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. Clean and comfy house, exactly what we needed."
