"DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible experience overall. I had a room booked for the most expensive option, the King Suite. I was expecting a comfortable stay however the room i was given was next to some mechanical room of some sort that was extremely loud. Sleep was impossible with such disturbing noise. When i requested to change my room to another, i was told that this was the only King Suite in the whole building. I then decided to change to a cheaper standard room however i was still charged for the price of the King Suite. I stayed over 10 nights meaning that i overpaid over $300 for the duration of my stay for a worse room than expected. Additionally when i inquired about room service/cleaning they told me it would be and extra $25/day for housekeeping. This is completely unreasonable and i feel as though i was being scammed. I will be requesting a refund. I would give this place a zero star rating if possible however unfortunately one star is as low as it goes."
