“Spacious, quiet location, easy check in process etc. rooms were clean and had all of the necessary items for a stay. Would recommend some flexibility with check in and check out timing where possible but otherwise amazing place and would recommend again.”

“Very clean home and friendly host. As a tall person I felt very squished however Japan is known for maximizing space! Perfect place for solo travellers only I would say. The place comes with a bunk bed but I believe it is only really made for one person. Very close to Lawson, Familymart, and 7/11. About a 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Less than a 5 walk to the nearest bus stop. Overall I would rate this home a 5/5!”

“This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. “The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit……
