“We had a junior suite with balcony. The room was clean and spacious, had a little sitting area which served as storage space for luggage etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable with clean bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful and always there to help. However, there was only one towel in the room and we had to request one, was not ideal after 5h travelling and wanting to get a shower. “The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM.
House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable.
The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat.
They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them.
