“This property was a great surprise! I booked it for the price. But the experience was great! The property manager noticed on our reservation that we had kids traveling with us and made sure we knew about the river and games available to play on the property. We cant wait to go back and experience all that the property has to offer!”

“Great location and beautiful property, highly recommend and will stay again next trip to Estes Park. One morning a herd of elk walked through the yard, very very cool.”

“Great location, pool and hot tubs. Easy access and parking. Loved the room (a little dark but nice balcony). Windows that opened (yay!) so didn't have to use AC. Fully appointed and clean kitchen. Everything was comfortable and worked perfectly! Even lots of hangers in closet!”

“Our stay was perfect. This location is convenient to downtown Estes and close to both the Beaver Meadows and Falls River RMNP entrances. We had a 1BR/1Bath which met our needs perfectly. “Very nice place, good location, accurate description. Could use some basic kitchen supplies like oils, spices, Saran Wrap etc to make it easy for short term guests. Place was clean and everything worked as it should. Would stay again.”

“Excellent location - easy access to tos of awesome hikes, to Mountain Village and to town of Telluride. Super roomie even with 4 adults and 2 dogs, clean, quiet, we loved the deck and the peaceful Aspen trees. The neighbors were also very friendly! We were sad to leave.”
