“If you enjoy being on the water this is the perfect house. We enjoyed spending time on the pier, relaxing on the screened in porch, and grilling out for dinner. The house is close to downtown Fairhope and Magnolia Springs for dining and shopping options. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a place in the area.”

“The hosts have put all the right ingredients together for an enjoyable time. the porch, deck and wharf are outfitted with the right amount of seating and tables to enjoy mobile bay. The kitchen has all the right equipment, dinnerware and appliances to service a group with no fuss. My nephew caught his first blue crab on the wharf and spent days swimming in the Bay. “Location is great! Downside: Parking - is a parking garage next door, pay extra for parking. Mold in the shower and shower head is a rain one so it takes forever to get shampoo out. Under construction - the lobby is non existent, glad it was only a one night stay. When completed it will be very nice and I am sure the prices will increase. I would stay again - just when construction is over.”
