"Older property, no problem. However, owners need to invest in improving property. Bare bulb lighting in ceiling, gaps in grating around heat vents, a/c's in window drafting cold from outside, back steps uneven to a nightmare to climb, blinds did not fit windows so easy to see inside of at night. Dirty on the shelves in the kitchen. We left a day early because of these items. Parking in short supply, though parking in back via a beat up alley, didn't park in back as we felt it a risk for car...
