“Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird……
