“It is a beautiful property and Joumene was available on call or whatsapp whenever I needed anything. The property was professionally cleaned and maintained. It had everything you would need for a short stay.”

“Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Informationen über die Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch den herrlichen Ausblick, bis rüber Jura erwähnen. Kinderspielzeug und Spiele für Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne im Sommer noch einmal kommen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das schöne Ferienhaus mal zu besuchen”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige negative Punkt war für uns die Lage an der ziemlich befahrenen Straße , vielleicht sind wir in dieser Hinsicht aber auch sehr empfindlich. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der nichts fehlt !”

“Super Lage des Hauses, Sauberkeit dürfte höher sein, 1. Schlafzimmer rechts Lattenrost defekt, Bettsofa sehr bequem, Duche unten wäre besser mit Glaswand und grösseres Waschbecken, super Grill. Hat uns sehr gefallen.”

“Unglaublich liebevolles Anwesen und auch die Ferienwohnung. Die Eigentümer so nett, hilfsbereit und immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Wir Ware eine Woche da um abzuschalten und die Zeit zu genießen. Und das konnten wir zu 100%. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts! Wer jedoch Internet, Handy-Empfang oder TV braucht, ist hier völlig fehl am Platz. Die unfassbar schöne Natur, Umgebung und die Ruhe genießen! Für uns perfekt und nach Jahren ewiger Hektik,……

“Sarah and Rob have done a beautiful job renovating this apartment! They have a real eye for design and attention to detail. We loved the non-white wall colors in each room, the Adrianos coffee machine, and ability to cook meals in their well-equipped kitchen. They take their hospitality role seriously and they provided a great experience for us. Lastly, they are wonderful people to meet. Very open and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the charms of the Altstadt in Bern. Great……

“Groot en comfortabel appartement met balkon met fantastisch uitzicht. Bushalte voor de deur met gratis vervoer met toeristen kaart. In 10 minuten naar het centrum van neuchatel en in 30 minuten naar het strand. Winkels op loopafstand. Ilhan ( de eigenaar) verzorgde alle zaken zonder problemen.”

“Unexpected heat wave was a big frustration, finally we got one room AC on the third floor for kids. Nights were cooler. An expieriance of a life time, unique, easy access and plenty of outdoor space.”

“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。 幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。 當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。 當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”

“Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand……
