Guest Access
As a guest, you'll enjoy access to multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a fitness center, sports courts, BBQ areas, a playground, and picnic spaces. The beach is just a short drive away, and Myrtlewood Villas also features an on-site golf course. Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay. Public beach access is nearby—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
