“Wir hatten ruhige und angenehme 2 Wochen Urlaub in der Wohnung. Durch die 2 Klimaanlagen konnten wir die Temperatur auch bei den sehr hohen Temperaturen gut regeln. Die kurze Entfernung zum Strand ist optimal. Die Spaziergänge ins Zentrum (St.Pierre-la-Mer oder Narbonne-Plage) am Strand entlang dauern ca. 10 Minuten. Auch die umgebenden Städte (Narbonne, Beziers usw.) sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es ist eine sehr nette Nachbarschaft, allerdings auf der Terrasse etwas wenig……

“schönes Ferienhaus perfekt für einen Strandurlaub. Strand ist ca. 250m entfernt. ruhige Lage (zumindest ruhige Nachbarn während unseres Aufenthaltes) in einer abgegrenzten Residenz. Garage war nicht zu nutzen - aber innerhalb der Residenz sind genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Wohnung war sauber - alles notwendige in der Wohnung vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse und genug Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Kontakt mit Verwalterin über SMS und Telefon. Auf dem Weg haben wir auch die Zugangs-Codes erhalten und somit……

“Nous avons, pour la deuxième fois, choisi la maison de Mme Guarrigues pour nos vacances avec les petits-enfants. Elle est idéale : spacieuse avec ses deux grandes chambres ( et une large mezzanine en plus), un petit jardin-terrasse clos ombragé par les lauriers roses . Un quartier calme à 5minutes de la plage ( à pied au rythme du plus jeune enfant). L'air co est disponible, mais avec une bonne gestion de l'aération et des volets et grâce à l'orientation de la terrasse, nous ne l'avons quasi pas……
