With 2 complete bedrooms: sleeping for 3 in child bedroom with television, 1 large bed for a couple in another bedroom. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs for optimum comfort and bathroom with shower and toilet; downstairs you will find a living room, a kitchen, a 30 sqm terrace on which it is possible to eat, equipped with an electric shutter that closes itself in case of strong wind.
