Then flow right into the spacious kitchen w/ 12 cup coffee brewer, stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops. Continue to flow right into the Lounge with more comfortable seating, fireplace another SMART flat screen TV, a fireplace, and french doors to the small fenced-in back yard. Street Parking is also available in front of the house (if all vehicles do not fit in the driveway, accessed by the alley-way)
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
