“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)……

“Only issue we encountered was the sink in the bathroom getting clogged ( one of the bathrooms only) ”

The host provided concise instructions, great hospitality and timely responses to questions which made this trip that more enjoyable. Everything was very well put together in the stay, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I’d highly recommend this stay and will definitely rebook with the host in the future!”

“The overall stay was nice, check in information was not listed but once I reached out to owner they were quick to respond. The only few complaints I have is that 1) there was a fire alarm that I believe had low battery so it was beeping frequently which was a little annoying 2) the room next to the kitchen was filled with storage boxes and other things that wasn’t picture - a lot of the pictures featured I would say are a little outdated and not as accurate 3) the kitchen light switch didn’t……

We loved the historic home and the modern updates were well-done. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and we were comfortable with the space and the small kitchen fit our needs perfectly for our stay. We are saving this on our list for our next visit!”

“Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ……

“It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. ”

“This location could not be better for a stay in Georgetown. I stayed for a week and walked to cafes, shops, parks, historic sites, Georgetown University. The place is well stocked and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. ”
