“Apartment is in a fantastic location. , right in the centre of Madrid on Gran Via with shops , bars and restaurants within minutes walkIt’s very spacious and the bedrooms perfectly placed for privacy . The terrace is such an asset in the hot Madrid weather and gives an area to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with Flavie was excellent I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a very enjoyable Madrid visit ”

“Le précédent commentaire sur la communication a probablement été pris en compte car nous avons reçu toutes informations de la part de la propriétaire via Whatsapp 1 ou 2 jours avant notre séjour et notre arrivée a été extrêmement simple.Appartement « chez l’habitant » situé au 2 eme étage donnant sur petite rue, très bien équipé, très propre, et extrêmement bien situé (commerces ouverts très tard, restaurants, transports si besoin (nous avons tout visité à pied)). Du fait de l’emplacement……

“Great location in Madrid, a few steps from a subway station. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. If you add the nicest host ever, what else can you ask for? A pure delight! Thanks for everything! 🙂”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony. Thank you……
