Welcome to Roami at The Brassline where convenience meets comfort in the heart of New Orleans. Located just a mile from the vibrant French Quarter and only a block from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, The Brassline offers a prime setting for both business and leisure. With easy access to world-renowned dining, lively bars, and cultural landmarks, The Brassline by Roami provides the perfect base for experiencing the very best of the Crescent City.



The Space:

The Brassline is ideally located near the Central Business District, making it the perfect home base to explore the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space features our patented memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay.



If you're traveling by car, please be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with Roami. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with Roami.



The on-site laundry services are free to use. You can find the facilities on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.

Other Things to Note:

Please know that all properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

1. 22 years old for out of town guests

2. 25 years old for local guests



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
