This has significantly undermined our confidence in the vendor. The room was not cleaned during our stay, and no fresh towels were provided. More seriously, the owner entered our room unannounced one morning without knocking, which we found alarming and unacceptable. Make of that what you will. The……

“The caravan was clean, convinient with all the amenities. In a peaceful location not to far from Hamilton or Glasgow. The operators were helpful and we had fun.”

“Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.”
