“Perfect relaxing vacation!”

“We had a great week in Villa Flaminio, what a lovely villa and grounds, lots of places to wander and relax. The pool was amazing with many relaxing hours spent there. Tuoro itself is in a great location for visiting the hill towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Perugia, Cortona and Castigleone del Lago are all within 30 minutes by car. I definitely recommend staying here and thank Yvette for meeting us and showing us around. So Grazie mille Paulo and ciao it’s been amazing ”

The property is quietly located at the foot of the small town of Cortona, which is definitely worth a visit. The holiday home has a beautiful, large garden and pool. The landscape is beautiful and authentically Tuscan. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away.”

“We spent two wonderful weeks in this holiday home in July 2024. It is located quite far up in the mountains, but there are a few direct neighbors. The next town with a small supermarket and bar (Castel Rigone, very charming) is a 12-minute drive away. There is also a nice outdoor swimming pool nearby. The house is beautifully located and nicely furnished. The shelves contain personal items such as books and decorations. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. There is……

“Die Villa ist großartig gelegen, mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno. Durch die erhöhte Lage war immer ein bisschen Wind, weshalb die Temperaturen auch an den heißesten Tagen angenehm waren. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, die Küche toll und großzügig bemessen. Einziges Manko: Die Liegen am Pool gehören dringend mal durch neue ersetzt, zum Teil waren sie ausgeleiert, ließen sich nicht mehr aufrecht stellen oder waren gar nicht mehr zu benutzen.”
