Overall was good except we did not have water in the first few days

It was a nice facility however we did not have water for almost 3 days we had to buy the water. When we called multiple times daily informed us that they will send someone but it took a very long time for someone to come and take a look at it that night. Next a some a came and try however it was not successful due to cold weather. I called the management and I informed them what happened they said the they will talk to their superior about refunding some money however I have not heard anything from them.

Beautiful Views in a Beautiful Home

PROS: This home has amazing bones! It is spacious and the ocean views and patio access are amazing. The home is built for vacation, too. All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the washer and dryer are in great working order and came in handy. The housekeeping crew they sent in on day 2 was amazing (see below). The kitchen had everything that one would need and given we ate most of our meals at home, that was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen. The management company was very friendly and responsive! CONS: Unfortunately, the floors were extremely dirty and looked like they had not been swept in months! There were dust bunnies, food, and other trash items all over the floor, everywhere! There is no way that home was swept before our arrival. After calling, a fabulous housekeeping team came immediately and made it right to the best of their ability and they did a great job! In summary, let me just say that I would never want to own a beach rental home after staying in several so I understand and empathize with the owners and management company trying to manage all of the details. That being said, this rental home is expensive and was a treat for my family after quarantining for five months. The lack of cleanliness was very disappointing. The home needs an extreme deep clean. The front door, front steps, and elevator door haven't been cleaned in a very long time as well as under all of the beds. Also, many of the sinks are clogged and need to be flushed, and many of the fixtures need a good dusting/polishing. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay here and the pool, ocean views, and access to the beach were worth the entire vacation! With a deep clean with some bleach, this home would be our go-to option every summer!

Our family vacation

We really liked the house we were staying in. It accommodated our family well. We definitely would stay again. The only problem we had was there were ants on the kitchen counter. We did buy some Taro and managed to get rid of them. Overall it was great. Loved being right on the beach . It is definitely a beautiful home. The kids really enjoyed the pool, even though it was a little chilly, but having it heated was great. Sandy
