“We’ve stayed here multiple times, along with the house also on the property. It has all you necessities without the extra costs. 4 can stay comfortably & it’s a quiet part of a town. Never had any problems with any of his properties either. Would recommend to any friends coming to or through the Toledo area.”

“The room was fresh and clean. The attached bathroom made everything so convenient. The mini fridge has a freezer too! Kurig was stocked and appreciated. The bed comfy with a ceiling fan over it. My daughter stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed her stay very much. I stayed with her the first two nights and also enjoyed it.”

“It was a cute cabin with lake access. Ted was extremely helpful because it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and the cleaners arrived about five minutes after we contacted him. We were there for one night but we would go back again.”

“I was in town playing in some amateur disc golf tournaments. This place was super nice, had a driveway in a great area. Nice kitchen for cooking as well as a washer and dryer. Was able to keep my food and ice packs cold as well. It was the perfect place to chill and recharge when I neeeded it! Audrey is super nice we well!”

“ We enjoyed our stay at your cottage by the park! The location was great, just 15 minutes from downtown! It felt very safe in the neighborhood (people walking dogs, playing at the park, friendly neighbors). Having the finished basement and separate bedrooms gave our family of 5 room to spread out and decompress after long days at a conference. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful, especially the large bathroom downstairs! It was great……
