“Loved the pool, wish there was a hot tub option for adult(s). No tea in room, if you ask for tea outside café hours, staff complains about accommodations. I drove to 2 gas stations to find sleepy time tea that I was more than willing to purchase outside of café hours. Experienced very dry and passive aggressive comments with accommodations services from front desk. We learned by day 3 the only friendly staff member seems to be Alyssa the café attendant. Would not come back to this location……

“Spa ? You’re joking right ? Gentlemen, I am writing this regarding a reservation made in Perry’sburg, OH for May 7 to May 13. I made this reservation at the beginning of January. The reason I chose this place is because all of the other hotels close to the venue I would be attending showed there were no rooms available for those dates. To start with, you processed the payment on January 6, 2026, a full 4 months before I would arrive. I have never had any other hotel process the full……
