"Food was good . You have to make reservations for the restaurants. We were suppose to have 2 beds and they only gave us one . "

"The property was extremely well maintained. The beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles in either direction. There is no seaweed problem in Puerto Vallarta! Food options at the hotel are delicious but for a stay longer than 5 days you will likely repeat meals. The Italian "pop-up" pizza and pasta was outstanding. Service was great poolside and at the restaurants."

"First time I stayed I did receive a compliment bottle but the second time I was not offered. Everything was amazing except the receptionist uniform it was one of the ugliest uniforms I have ever seen and it kind of stands out and takes the view away from enjoying the view of the hotel"

"The resort was beautiful and spacious. Loved eating tacos at the Mexican restaurant as well. Staff was super friendly."

"Everything was great! Except for the Zen restaurant, food was not as good prepared and they served us corn that had gone bad. All the other restaurants were good, and the shows were really nice."

"We used both facilites. Villa Estancia was our main stay, when we wanted night life we went to hotel side."
