Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Owner cancelled the reservation 2 hours before we were to check in. Memorial Day weekend in Oakland, CA. VRBO customer service did not help us rebook, and have promised to refund our payment - haven't seen it yet.
