Stunning, completely renovated condo with unobstructed views of the beach/ocean from corner balcony and living room + big indoor pool. Innovative condo/hotel with amenities of a hotel (onsite manager, indoor pool, game room, sundeck, towels/sheets/toiletries, paper towels/toilet paper, detergent) + loving care of private owners. Fully stocked kitchen with luxury granite counters. 

Sleeps 5 people (4 adults) with large bedroom w/ queen and single/full nautical bunkbed. Families with children are welcome. 

Our full renovation means you will stay in the luxury of new woodgrain flooring, granite countertops and kitchen coffee bar, new furniture (including a very cool single/full nautical bunk bed (see picture), couch, large kitchen table ) big screen TV and gallery photos on the walls. 

In-unit washer/dryer. Laundry and dishwasher detergent provided. Please review the sleeping arrangements - Bedroom w/ queen and single over full, fun bunkbed. Sleeper couch in living room that is technically a queen but more of a full. Make sure this matches your family's needs. Elevator Access. 

While our location is on a quiet and quaint street right off the ocean, the best of Ocean City is within a 4-block radius of 125th Street: Dumser’s Dairyland, Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, Tailchasers Restaurant & Dock Bar (Off the Hook Restaurant Group), Grottos Pizza, the Crab Factory, Abbey’s Burger Bistro, Starbucks, Montego Bay Shopping Center (with a full size grocery store and multiple restaurants) and so much more! We are located directly across the main road to bayside where you can enjoy Ocean City's (largest) Northside Park, where you can go biking or jogging or walk out on the long pier and go crabbing or fishing. Take in a local baseball game there, explore one of the festivals, or watch the 4th of July or New Year's fireworks. In the morning, join the large community of locals and vacationers who enjoy the designated bike/walking path on our quaint inside beach street that takes them to Fenwick and back. 

We pride ourselves on close communication with our guests. When you stay at our condo, you are family. You will have our full contact information and we respond very quickly.

We provide 2-3 beach chairs and umbrella. Please note that these get significant use by guests and occasionally they are unavailable because of breakage out of our control. We try to replenish as often as we can. Also, please note that occasionally the pool is shut down for safety or nonscheduled maintenance reasons. While this is rare, it is not in our control and we cannot be responsible. 

We do not allow renters to bring pets. However, we cannot guarantee that the condo is hypoallergenic. A cordless vacuum cleaner is available in the unit.
