“The room was clean and absolutely perfect. It is exactly what they have listed and shown. Our room was right on the strand and we had the perfect view. Perfect location, very close to the pier and several good restaurants. Coffee in the lobby or a coffee house is a couple blocks away. Nicole welcomed us and took the time each and every day to make sure our stay was phenomenal and we felt welcome. Her great customer service is top notch. “Well this isn’t our first stay here we always come back a few times a maybe 5-or 6 times a year. But if it’s available it is always our first choice. It’s comfy and cozy and quiet neighborhood. The owners are super responsive and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you.If your looking for a place that won’t disappoint Alma and David definitely won’t disappoint ”

“Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields.”

“Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying……
