"We were initially worried about the location on the main road in San Clemente but it was actually quite quiet at night and with the bedroom window closed we didn’t hear anything. The benefit was that it was so nice to walk out onto the street and have everything within a short walk- coffee, shops and restaurants. The unit is well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was very nice. Great location. Finally a comfortable Bed after trying many local hotels. Nice amenities, such as Pool and breakfast. Plenty of parking. My only minor complaints are: Shower ( hot and Cold valves in reverse ) A/C ( noisy and inefficient ) , Door slamming. Otherwise, Great Value."

"I liked the large space in the room. It was in a good spot with a donut shop across the street. The beach was close but not walking distance for us. The shower was great. They have streaming tv, but not cable. The staff were very friendly and helpful if needed. I liked the terrace where I can sit a relax. (There is traffic on the street below, but that didn't bother me.) The amenities were useful. I didn't like the restaurant across the street, but we only tried it once. Overall, it was very comfortable, and I wouldn't mind staying there again."

We were celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday, and they went above and beyond to make her feel special, and she was so touched. The house had plenty of room for our group of 9, and the backyard was fantastic and great fun for everyone. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
