"The Atta Terrace is a fantastic property that has superb views and facilities. The butler service will go out of their way to help you with any requests. I had a couple of issues, mostly down to translation issues as I don’t speak Japanese but they were sorted extremely promptly. One point of note is that the Fine Dining restaurant requires a shirt and as I’d been travelling for 8 weeks I didn’t have one so couldn’t dine in the restaurant. However they have a shuttle service to a sister hotel...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Few spoke English, and English fluency was rare; however, goodwill went a long way in making my stay enjoyable. Cafe offered a high quality food carry out for brunch, as well as options at evening time. Condo offered a beautiful view of the South China Sea. The layout of the condo was impressive . Plenty of kitchen counter space. Included a separate dinning space Japanese style."

"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

"It was a super nice hotel room with beautiful view of the sea. The beds were not so soft but we slept ok. The staff was treating us with alot of respect and you could tell they wanted the best for us. Food on the hotel restaurants was also really good with high quality. "
